Looking for a nice quiet spot to propose to your significant other? Bishop's Garden a great choice and is located right next to the National Cathedral in Washington, DC. It makes a wonderful spot for both proposal and engagement photos. The Cathedral provides a dramatic backdrop while the gardens provide ample opportunies for more beautiful photos.
